The way how to lose weight.


After you read this essay, 
you will be able to lose your weight.



First thing is my motivation. 3 years ago, my weight was 108kg. I'm so stressed out because of my weight. Also, I'm always tired. People said "Look!!", "Oh my god!!", "He is so fat!!!". I felt terribly sad about it. So, I want to lose weight.


Second thing is my efforts. First of all, I started to workout. Everyday I worked out for 5 hours. I walked for 2 hours and rod a bicycle for 1 hour. Also, I did weight training and stretching for 2 hours.


 Finally, I reduced my calorie intake. I ate only chicken breasts and undressed salad.





Third thing is prohibited matters. First, Don't starve
These diets are harmful to health and give yo-yo effect which allows to gain more weight. Second, Don't compete. Exercise is myself's fight. Competition is able to hurt you. Finally, Don't give up. Keep trying. If you don't give up, you can lose weight easily.
